VENDOR Fall Fest

Are you interested in selling your handmade or vintage items at our Fall Fest? Please read carefully through all of the info you need:

-Fall Fest 2024 is taking place from 2-10 pm, however, the beer festival pouring portion is from 2-6 pm. 

-We are requiring vendors to be set up from 2-6 pm, but are inviting you to stay as long as you like! While we will have live music the entire event, Blu Egyptian, our headlining band, doesn't go on until around 8 pm. If business is booming, we don't want you to lose out on sales, so please feel free to stay - but no obligation past 6 pm. 

If you do plan to stay longer, please be prepared to bring your own lighting (electricity not guaranteed) as we will have to remove our string lights to make space for your tents. 

-The vendor fee is a non-refundable $50. With this you will receive a $25 South of North gift card to use towards beer, food, or even merch!

-This event is right before Halloween. We are encouraging everyone to dress up - including you! Please bring candy (or some kind of treasure) to hand out for our trick-or-treaters.

-We are creating a vendor village on our upper decks - this means that you will need to be able to go up stairs! We do have 6.5 x 2.5ft tables available if you need them - please select that option when purchasing your ticket. Please be advised these spaces are not shaded, we encourage you to bring a pop-up tent if you’d like no larger than 10x10ft.

-There will be a vendor passport handed out to fest-goers that will include a map of the space, your business name, and a space for every vendor to stamp. If an attendee fills out every stamp space by visiting every vendor booth, they get a special prize. 

-This is a fundraising event to support South Lake Tahoe's Bread & Broth for Kids! We encourage you to donate and support the cause.

By purchasing a ticket you are acknowledging and agreeing to the following:

    -I acknowledge this is a rain/snow/or shine event.

    -I acknowledge that the vendor fee is non-refundable.

    -I am able to go up stairs to set up my booth.

    -I acknowledge that I am responsible for bringing all materials for my booth setup including a 10x10 ft pop-up tent if I need it.    

-I agree to being completely set up by 2 pm when the event starts and will stay at minimum until 6 pm.

-I acknowledge that electricity is not guaranteed.
